Nine Inch Nails...With-ah TEETH-uggh!

15X20 on fiber board. The Reznor figure was drawn first, and a lot of the textures and effects at the very surface level were also all painted effects. I used photoshop to compose it all and to add the pixel look at the bottom. printed it all out and mounted it to the board. had fun with oil paint after that.

inspired by nin. technique inspired and influenced by the brilliant Kevin Rolly (kevissimo) everyone should see Kevin's work if they haven't already. He's one of today's truest and greatest in my own opinion.[link]

ha! it's because this site is more confusing now. right under the picture there is a link to the print...probably wasn't there when you checked. I had to get DA to approve it first.

Oh dear me, this is awfully tempting. I'll see what I can scratch up, because this is brilliant enough to put moola forward in order to obtain! Its truly excellent, and even with the darker tones and the subdued highlights it leapt out at me. Terrific stuff mon Cap-ee-Tan
